Happy Birthday, America!

Well, yesterday was MY birthday so now I'm officially 43 years old. I got to hear from all my youngen's.....and that was very nice. Richard called on the 2nd and wished me a Happy Birthday.....and then text messaged me the Happy Birthday song yesterday morning. Then Jeffrey called and it was so good to hear his voice. He told me he'd be home before I knew it.....but that's still too long for me. I miss him so much!!! Emily called me later in the afternoon and was at the tattoo parlor getting her nipples pierced and a trailing of stars tattooed on her back. I told her that seeing as though it was my birthday would she make one a fireworks star for me. She thought that was a really cool idea and is going to do that with the top star. I miss her too......when she's laughing and when she's happy......but certainly not when she's being hateful! LOL! Then Chris called after work and told me about his goings on with his chain of command. Then, later in the evening Tory text messaged me the Happy Birthday song too. I thought it was funny that both of them texted me that! She was still at work and said she couldn't call.
Her gift arrived on Monday...it was a BEAUTIFUL diamond necklace. The gold setting is tear drop shaped with a 1/3-1/4 carat round diamond in it. OMG! It is beautiful and she must have paid an arm and a leg for it. I can't believe she did that!!!!! I miss her so much too!! She has the cutest giggle and the sweetest smile.
I talked to Dolly today and she sent me a pic of Richard and Tory. It is AWESOME!

Bridgitt Upchurch and her son Scott just left...they came over to watch fireworks. Chris and Sarah came over for dinner and we had a nice time. Scott and Jim had TOO MUCH FUN with the matchbox cars and just hanging out.
And now it's 2335HRS and I'm and totally overwhelmed noisewise and am having a little bit of quiet time before bed.
